International Casual Full Service Restaurant Chain consisting of
over 200 units. He went on to become a multi-unit restaurant manager
of 10 stores spread over three states. During his first year as a
multi-unit manager, his team of operators ranked number one in his company out of 20

practicing trial and real

attorney in San Diego since
1971. As a Real Estate
Broker for the past thirty
years, he has reviewed,
drafted and/or negotiated

of both landlords and
tenants. His career has
taken him to numerous
courtrooms across many
California counties, and as
an adjunct instructor in
Business Law and Legal
Process, into many class
rooms across San Diego
